Junior Membership

For Juniors ages 17 & under. 

A completed Junior Consent form is required to be submitted along with a membership application form (& must be re-submitted every year). This form must be signed below by a Consenting Parent or Legal Guardian.

Junior members must be accompanied at all events by at least one parent/nominated responsible adult, who is also an adult HDBS member.

Please note that even if your payment has been received, your membership application cannot be completed until we have received your signed Membership Form.
