VE Day Celebrations

On May 8th, we came together to commemorate Victory In Europe and remember all those that gave their all and fought for our freedom in World War II.  It was our honour to be part of this historic occasion. Together with various local organisations within our community, we remembered those who fought with sheer resilience and bravery, and to those who sacrificed their lives. 

We would like to thank everyone involved in these events especially Heathfield & Waldron Parish Council for all their efforts in making this community event a success, and to everyone who came out to celebrate with us!
