  • Delivery/postal address
  • D.O.B (to establish adult or junior membership fees)
  • Emergency contact information (for members safety)

This information is provided by you when you sign up for our membership, buy a product/event ticket or otherwise contact us.

  • Process your membership application, distribute membership badges and check valid membership at all events & out-meetings HDBS attends (for your safety and insurance purposes)
  • Send you information and updates as a member (with your consent)
  • Process product sales

8. Unsubscribing from your membership

Data will be kept by our membership secretary whilst you are an HDBS member. If membership is not renewed (you will be granted a notice period) or if you wish to contact us to unsubscribe from your membership prior to membership renewal date of 1st April, please contact heathfieldbonfiremembers@gmail.com to inform us and all data stored will then be deleted.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe your data rights have been violated.
