VJ Celebrations

On 15th August 2025, it was our privilege to support a local group at Jubilee Park in Heathfield to pay our respects and commemorate 80 years since VJ Day.  Thank you to all those involved and to those who came to pay their respects. 

We would also like to thank Copford Sawmill for their generous donation of the wooden log, to which we attached a plaque. This memorial area is at Jubilee Park, Heathfield and can be visited as a place of reflection and remembrance for those that gave their all. 

We will remember them.
