2025 Wristband Terms and Conditions
HDBS Bonfire Event 11th Oct 2025
Below sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to your entry (“Entry”) to the HDBS Bonfire Event being held on Saturday 11th October 2025 (“Event”).
Please note that by entering the Event with a wristband you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You must be wearing a valid wristband, that must be visible, to gain entry to the Event. Wristbands must not be removed and given to others wishing to gain entry. Anyone without a valid wristband within the site maybe be asked to leave.
- Right of admission is reserved.
- Admission is at the attendees own risk. HDBS will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the Event including damage, theft or losses to personal property, if the cause is due to the negligence of the wristband holder or action of other attendees or third parties.
- Due to the nature of the Event, it may not be suitable for those with sensory impairment or those of a nervous disposition. The rough ground may not be suitable for those with limited or impaired mobility. There is limited wheelchair and mobility scooter access on the site.
- HDBS (“we”, “us”) is not liable or responsible for any wristbands that are lost or stolen.
- Climbing or standing on any fences, barriers, trees, shrubbery, walls, safety fences or other such structure is strictly prohibited & may result in removal from the Event.
- No bicycles, skateboards, scooters or personal motorised vehicles (excluding mobility scooters) are permitted.
- The Event is an outdoor event. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing & footwear. There are limited facilities at the Event.
- Restrictions will apply to your attendance at the Event & your breach of any restrictions may lead to you being ejected from the Event. Examples of such restrictions are; no illegal substance or legal highs; excessive intoxication; dangerous behaviour; dangerous or hazardous weapons/items.
- No dogs are allowed.
- Wristband holders maybe ejected from the Event by HDBS or its designated representatives and reported to the police if, in the reasonable opinion of HDBS or its designated representatives, the Wristband holder is a risk to the safety of any attendee and/or may affect the enjoyment of other attendees and/or the running of the Event or may cause damage, nuisance or injury. Examples may include being (or appearing to be) drunk, incapable, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs, threatening behaviour, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, throwing of fireworks, failure to comply with reasonable instructions of Event officials or in breach of any of these Terms.
- You must comply with any & all instructions given to you by HDBS or its designated representative.
- You may only leave and re-enter the Event at the discretion of HDBS or its designated representatives.
- You must not leave any bags or other items of personal property unattended at the Event. Any such items discovered are liable to be removed & held at Event Control on site. Any lost items should be reported to Event Control or if discovered lost after the Event reported to Heathfieldbonfire@gmail.com. In order to reclaim any items proof of ownership must be provided.
- Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit any liability of HDBS for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.
- In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from Marshals, HDBS officials and/or other designated representatives.
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
